LBI Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike

The swim is in the bay, the bike and run will be contested on roads through scenic Long Beach Island and Beach Haven, the course is flat and fast.
Triathlon Distances – 1/4 mile Swim , 10 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run
Duathlon Distances – 1.5 mile Run, 10 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run
AquaBike Distances – 1/4 mile Swim & 10 mile Bike
