Superior Court decision concerning K2

The Superior Court of NJ Appellate Division made a decision on the BI 8200, LLC v. Land Use Board of the Township of Long Beach on May 31, 2023.  “The judgment of the Law Division is reversed and the February 17, 2022 order is vacated. The decision of the Land Use Board of the Township of Long Beach is reinstated.”
